We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied in any way you may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. For return inquiries please contact info@katehundley.com. If authorized for a return, we will provide return instructions and a complimentary return label.

 

Pre-orders, custom orders, and items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return.

 

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed. 

 

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Kate Hundley. Items that do not comply with out return policy will be returned to the original shipping destination and a refund will not be issued.
