PRE-FALL 2025
The Pre-fall 2025 collection celebrates imperfect beauty, the kind that emerges from chaos and tumult to forge a unique and singular expression. If the only constant is change, then we must embrace it, harness it - learn to become comfortable in the constant churning of ideas and possibilities. Nature does this endlessly - burning to rebuild, wrenching new growth from destruction.
This controlled chaos is the starting point for a delicate dress and skirt composed of layers of chiffon, charmeuse, and organza. Alternatively torn and cut into strips, the piles of textures and shine levels create a delicate tension in boxy shapes.
Evening dresses are long and lithe, recalling the edgy glamour of Anjelica Huston emerging onto the sidewalks of New York in the 70s. The tops rendered in folds of sculpted double face georgette over floor length sheer skirts.
Leather jackets recall classic favorites: a zippered biker jacket with an elongated, boxy cut, rendered in smooth black nappa and rich caramel suede. A bomber jacket in brown tumbled calf with a slightly shrunken shape and rows of eyelets and buckles.
The season builds upon the Fiona tote in suede with shades of blood-orange and caramel, and introduces a new shoulder bag with utility pockets and workwear inspired buckles in a gutsy crackled leather.
The palette is informed by the colors of the Norris Porcelain Basin in Yellowstone Park – white and silvery silica, yellow and ochre bacteria, the sepia tones of iron, and endless shades of earth and clay. Sheer fabrics recall the ripple of water through these elements as the minerals and sands tumble together, pressure building, releasing, and regathering.
